DESCRIPTION
Novotel Suva is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for the Hotel Food &
Beverage Team. We need an experienced, customer focused professional who
is able to lead the team towards delivering exceptional guest services.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Overall responsibility of the kitchen team, including food design, preparation, quality and implementation of menus.
• Implement and maintain food safety and kitchen standards.
• Offering a diverse and visually appealing menu for restaurant and banqueting
• Manage, train and lead team performance ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction are achieved

• Extensive experience in a kitchen, including at least 5 year experience in a senior chef role in the kitchen department.
• The ability to create an innovative and cost effective menu
• Ability to direct and supervise the team, train and develop new skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion to exceed our guest’s expectations.
