LENDING OFFICER – Federal Pacific Finance

Federal Pacific Finance is a financial services company located in Damodar City, Suva. Federal Pacific Finance has successfully introduced unique financing products in Fiji, based on ethical frameworks. Its products include vehicle loans and secured personal loans.

Federal Pacific Finance is focusing on capacity building for its next growth phase.

The Opportunity:

Federal Pacific Finance is looking for an exceptional Lending Officer to join its highly engaged team.

The Role:

Processing of loan applications within the minimum possible timeframe and after a satisfactory review of the affordability and creditworthiness of clients
Finalizing loan contracts and briefing clients on policies, terms, conditions and applicable fees and charges
Maintaining and updating customer records, ensuring security and privacy of information, and forwarding statements to clients
Ensuring the highest quality customer service, resolving client complaints through appropriate actions, and increasing repeat business
Ensure that loans where repayments are in arrears are monitored, tracked, and managed to ensure ongoing payment.
Monitor the progress of existing loans and report on operational insight and trends

Skills and Experience

Education: Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience: 1 to 2 years in similar position.

Skills: Analytical skills, well versed in using Microsoft Office, customer service, thoroughness and attention to details, confidentiality, time management, teamwork, effective communication, proactive, professionalism, quality-focused and multi-tasking
