JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Reports to: Finance Manager
Position Overview: To facilitate the efficient and timely flow of orders and dispatch of local and export orders. Issue quotations for product with freight and invoice accordingly. Manage dispatches within customer’s deadlines. Ensure quotations are evaluated and shipping and freighting times are in the best interest of both company and customers. Manage warehouse stock levels through the stores inventory system for replenishment orders.

Join NowResponsibilities
Coordination of procedures for all orders and dispatch
Oversight of export quotes and shipping requirements
Customer liaison for PO and invoices
Reconcile with factory for payments received prior to order dispatch
QC of all labelling and documentation for freight logistics
Inventory Responsibilities
· Manage stock levels of cartons, labelling & packaging inventory for all dispatches
· Manage inventory software for packaging and reorder base levels
Adhere to the department budget through the Purchase Order System, Requisitions and inventory controls
Administration Responsibilities
Experience with office management software MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) or computer literate
Strong administration skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Qualifications or experience in Office Administration
