MARKETING ASSOCIATE – Animals Fiji

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks under the direction of our overseas Marketing Specialist. This role requires an understanding of marketing principles, attention to detail, and proficiency in time management.

Responsibilities:

Creates clear, compelling copy and content (imagery and video) to promote, educate and engage our target audience.

Utilise varied communication styles for development of marketing material for website, blog, and social media platforms (including Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube).

Stay up-to-date with digital media trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and impactful.

Monitor and respond to client feedback, comments, and inquiries on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Support the wider marketing team with campaign management.

Requirements:

Experience in social media content development including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.

Existing knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, branding, and social media channels.

Strong skills of time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.

University certificates and degrees preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Drive, Gmail etc.)

Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva would be highly desirable
