Do you have:

Excellent interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care?
The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-moving environment and adapt to changes quickly?
Very good time management and attention to detail?
A process-oriented thought pattern?
Forward-thinking and the ability to anticipate outcomes?
The ability to work under pressure?
Prior experience with Administration & Finance work?
Excellent written communication including typing skills?
Good computer and MS Office application knowledge?
A strong willingness to learn?
Fluency in English and one or both of the vernaculars?
Prior experience working in a Call Centre environment?
