Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support to end-users remotely

· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

· Assist in the maintenance and management of IT systems

· Collaborate with senior IT staff on various projects

· Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

· Basic understanding of computer hardware and software

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
