JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Job Responsibilities

General office management such as ordering office supplies, filing, etc.
Email management and correspondence
Diary management and arranging appointments and meeting facilities,
Organizing both internal and external events where required
Providing administration support to visa team, accounts team and senior management
Keeping the office organized and clean with daily tasks
Running errands for the office and for the directors
Organize biometrics and interviews where required.
Monitor and collect payments.
Monitor monthly planner and posting on social media.
Design posts and videos using Canva
Update, respond and maintain Social media accounts- LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok, YouTube, Google Business etc. from managing the pages to responding to inquiries
Photography and videography, Creating Vlogs

Skills And Qualification
