Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant

The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to guests in a hospitality or restaurant setting. Their primary duties include taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and handling cash and payment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
– Communicate orders to the kitchen in a timely manner
– Serve meals, drinks, and other F&B items to customers
– Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
– Restock and organize service stations and dining areas
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
– Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve any issues
– Assist with light food preparation tasks as needed
– Comply with all health, safety, and food handling regulations
– Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive dining experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
– Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
– Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
