Position: Accounts Clerk

About Us: Epic Transfers and Tours (Fiji) Pte Ltd is a Transport and Tour Operator based at Nadi Airport.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, data entry, and general accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and send invoices to clients/customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Provide support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software .
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
