JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
RESORT ELECTRICIAN

We are looking to recruit a licensed Electrician to be based in Kadavu. The successful candidate will be interested in developing a career, diversifying skills and growing with the company.

Responsibilities

Adhere to, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies and procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance activities, inspections and procedures on assigned building & plants, as documented and required.
Perform Preventive maintenance and breakdowns on electronics boards for HVAC units, Coffee Machine, fuel bowser, golf cart, kitchen appliance
Perform Preventive maintenance and breakdowns on all commercial laundry & Kitchen equipment’s
Perform Preventive maintenance on HV infrastructure and equipment’s
Work on own and as part of a team carrying out routine PPM, reactive and minor repair works as assigned ensuring all deliverable targets are met.
Attend Callouts/breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required
Maintain the cleanliness and safekeeping of any storage area, control room, operations room or other identified area or frequented to complete the assigned duties and tasks.
Ensure all electrical works comply with AS standards

Qualifications

Diploma or Trade certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Should have a minimum of 5 years industry experience
Valid Wireman’s License is compulsory
Prior experience in resorts/hotels is preferable
Prior experience and training on generators, HV switchgear, transformers and synchronising panels is compulsory.
Good communication and approachable personality
