RETAIL BRANCH SUPERVISOR – Electomech Pte Limited

Electomech Pte Limited is a leading Manufacturer, Wholesaler and retailer for a wide range of products in Fiji and the Pacific Islands, is seeking to recruit a performance driven, customer oriented individual Male/Female for the above position. The position will be based in our Suva/Nakasi branch.

Core responsibilities for the job will include

•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by interacting with customers and resolving complaints or grievances.
•Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback.
•Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure store if fully stocked.
•Monitor inventory based on current trends, availability of new products and customer interest.
•Collaborate with Operations Manager on setting and achieving team specific goals.
•Maintain physical condition of the branch by planning good practical layouts.
•Write sales and customer reports to make recommendations for improvement

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff, help customers and work with upper management.
•Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening.
• Presentation skills and knowledge of best visual and marketing display practices.
•Conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency on teams.
•Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time sensitive objectives.
•In-dept knowledge of the store’s location, its prices and merchandise.
