Job Summary
The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office operations. This role will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the day-to-day functions of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
– Greet and welcome visitors and clients, and provide general customer service
– Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying
– Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff
– Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
– Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
– Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of experience in an office administration or similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Customer service oriented
