Job Summary
General Workers perform a variety of manual labor tasks to support the daily operations of the organization. This is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with various tasks as needed to keep the workplace running smoothly.

 Key Responsibilities:
– Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and taking out trash
– Load, unload, and move materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
– Assist with assembling, disassembling, or rearranging furniture and fixtures
– Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas, work sites, and common spaces
– Run basic errands and make deliveries as required
– Provide general support to other departments as directed by management
– Adhere to all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 0-1 years of previous general labor or maintenance experience preferred
– Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
– Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and work as part of a team
– Basic math and communication skills
– Reliable transportation to get to the work site
