Japanese Restaurant has immediate vacancies for the
following positions:
Restaurant Manager – Suva

Qualification & Experience:

•Must have experience and know-how of managing operations of Japanese Restaurants
•To effect and maintain the high standard of quality of services in a five star environment
•Possess administrative ability to supervise and maintain a team of 20 senior and junior staffs
•Excellent interpersonal skills and be tourism oriented
•Experience in Food & Beverage field at least 5 years at administrative position is essential
•Relevant knowledge in Japanese Cuisine and Teppan-Yaki cooking would be desirable
•Abilities of spoken and written languages in Japanese and English is essential
•Must be computer literate and required to have basic experience with MS-Word (both Japanese & English Edition), MS-Excel, & E-Mail
•Ability to act to market trends and report and take initiatives, corrective, preventive measures to enhance company performance.
•Successful applicant will have reporting obligations to directors in decent Japanese or English language.
•Be able to provide training and structure disciplines in restaurant management and operations.
