Summary Of Key Responsibilities
– Provide assistance and information to customers regarding electrical products and services.
– Have a good understanding of the specifications, features, and benefits of various
electrical items in the store.
– Ensure that product information, pricing, and promotional materials are accurate
and well-present
– Assist in displays or demonstration units in the store.
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets for electrical products

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Possess a tertiary level qualification or relevant working experience.
– Familiarity with Electrical Components, Tools, Controls and equipment used in residential
and commercial settings..
– Patience and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers with varying levels
of understanding.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain composure
during peak hours.
– Computer skills for handling transactions, checking product availability,
and using relevant software.
