Job Description:

Are you passionate about sales and operations in a dynamic market stall and/or retail environment? We are seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Manager to join our team, overseeing both the sales strategy and day-to-day operational activities of our juice business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving advertising sales, optimizing sales performance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our market stall, and driving growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
Operations Management & Efficiency: Oversee all operational aspects of the market stall. Ensure inventory is stocked, displays are attractive, and customer service is exceptional. Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock-outs.
Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the customer experience through excellent service standards and effective problem-solving.
Financial Oversight/Analysis & Reporting: Manage budget and expenses related to sales and stall operations. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns. Utilise social media and other channels to increase stall visibility and attract customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales & Operations Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
Experience in inventory management, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
