We’re seeking a Human Resource professional to join the Higgins team based in Nadi. This is a full-time, permanent role.

About the role

As our Human Resources Manager, you will provide pragmatic and business-focused advice and support on all people-related matters within our Fiji business.

You’ll get involved in a diverse range of HR activities-

recruitment
onboarding
performance management
remuneration
employee relations
talent management
policy, systems
reporting and a whole lot more.
You’ll support a local team of 600+ people, with full support from our New Zealand-based team.

About you

Tertiary Qualification in an HR or HR-related field;
Experience in a Business Partner or HR Manager role;
Exposure to change initiatives with commercial/pragmatic orientation;
Ability to influence through clear, high-impact communication;
Demonstrated knowledge of a range of HR-related activities and processes;
Sound knowledge of Fijian employment legislation; and
Excellent English language skills
