Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for the following position:

Key Responsibilities:
Run daily restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently.
Lead and train the restaurant team to provide excellent guest experiences.
Manage staff schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.
Keep the restaurant clean, hygienic, and safe.
Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate orders.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
Uphold service standards and policies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager in a high-end resort or restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a rostered position working on a cycle of 24 days followed by 8 days off.
Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
