Viti Foods Pte Limited is a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies and we specialize in manufacturing canned tuna and mackerel products for local and export markets. We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to be based in Laucala Beach Estate, Suva.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing stock levels, freezer storage and warehouse operations. This position reports to the Financial Accountant under the leadership of Finance Manager

Assist in managing daily warehousing and distribution operations.
Oversee and ensure accurate receipting, invoicing, storage, dispatch, and maintain high level of accuracy in inventory
Provide strong leadership in ensuring all staff comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements and with all company and department policies, procedures and instructions.
Coordinate and lead the physical stocktake monthly
Always maintain adequate stock levels
Liaise with customers and suppliers as and when required in a timely manner

Essential Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Business Administration
Minimum of 3 -5 years’ work experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Knowledge on regulatory requirements for import/export shipments
Knowledge of cost-effective warehouse operations and stock management
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff
Must be Computer literate with good documentation skills
Must have a valid Group 9 driving license
