Immediate vacancies for the following:
• BUS DRIVERS

Operates a bus or other passenger vehicle to transport passengers along established routes. Ensures the safe and efficient transport of passengers to their destinations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

– Drives a bus or other passenger vehicle along established routes, following a predetermined schedule.
– Operates the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, obeying all traffic laws and regulations.
– Assists passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including helping those with disabilities or special needs.
– Collects fares, issues tickets, and handles cash transactions.
– Monitors passenger behavior and takes appropriate action to maintain order.
– Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.
– Reports any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
– Maintains accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger counts.
– Responds to emergencies and provides first aid if necessary.
– Completes required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
– Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
– Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
– Ability to operate a bus or other passenger vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
– Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of passengers
– Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and emergency procedures
– Physical ability to climb in and out of the vehicle, stand for extended periods, and assist passengers
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
