Immediate vacancies for the following:
• CLEANERS

Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of various facilities, such as commercial, industrial, or residential buildings. They perform a wide range of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, healthy, and visually appealing environment for occupants and visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, stairs, and other surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and debris
– Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
– Dust and polish furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces
– Empty trash cans and recycling bins, and replace liners as needed
– Restock supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, in designated areas
– Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
– Secure the premises by locking doors, turning off lights, and setting alarms as required
– Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
– Maintain a professional appearance and conduct themselves in a courteous manner
– Perform other cleaning-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers

Qualifications

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferred
– Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
– Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
– Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
