JOB DESCRIPTION:
Liaise between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth job delivery.
Book in equipment brought in for repair and ensure these are fixed promptly.
Arrange purchase orders from clients before the release of hardware.
Schedule appointments for clients, answer phones, and track clients’ service records
Monitor the services being provided and stay up-to-date on any introduced or discontinued services.
Assist the Service Manager in monitoring technicians’ daily productivity
Confidently liaise with clients both by phone, email, and in person.
Any other duties assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Year 13/Form 7 education with some experience in the relevant field would be an added advantage.
A fast learner with solid attention to detail.
Able to work outside of Normal Working Hours at short notice.
Excellent command of written & spoken English.
Computer literate and be competent in the use of MS Office Package.
Strong organizational & time management skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision & meet tight reporting deadlines.
