RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR/ MANAGER- Paradise Cove Resort Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run daily restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and train the restaurant team to provide excellent guest experiences.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.
  • Keep the restaurant clean, hygienic, and safe.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate orders.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
  • Uphold service standards and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager in a high-end resort or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • This is a rostered position working on a cycle of 24 days followed by 8 days off.

Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
