Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and make them feel at home.
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and ready for guests.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver smooth service.
• Assist guests with any questions or special requests.
• Support the team with various tasks to ensure a great dining experience.
• Help with other duties as needed by the management team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to live and work on the island for extended periods.
