MANAGEMENT ACOUNTANT – Sando Services Pte Ltd

Job Summary

Reporting to the CFO in Melbourne, the Management Accountant will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes. This role involves analyzing financial data, forecasting, budgeting, and contributing to strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
Assist in the development of financial models to support business decisions.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information.
Monitor financial performance by tracking expenses, revenues, and profitability.
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management.
Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices.

Key Requirements:

Qualified or working towards CA or CPA with at least 3 – 5 years post-qualification experience.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional work ethic and ability to work as part of a team to achieve deadlines
Work on site in Nadi.
