Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section.
- Assist the Head Chef in creating new menu items.
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Chef De Partie or similar.
- Culinary degree or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
