Job duties include but not limited to the following.
- Meeting the grieving family, answering questions, providing information as instructed by the Funeral Director.
- Assisting with funeral arrangements such as prepare all documents related to cremations eg invoicing, death certificate, legal paperwork for cremation.
- Preparing Presentation and coordinating sound systems, stereo/video system video streaming as required.
- Usher people, conduct funeral services, park cars, and fulfil any transportation needs as required by the Funeral Director.
- Dressing up deceased, Ash Preparation, conducting Cremation Process
- Answering phones and general housekeeping duties.
- Assist Funeral Director with all duties as required.
- Any other duties as required by supervisor.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in business or 2-3 years’ work experience in similar role.
- Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Must be able to work rostered duties, including after hours and weekends
- Have a full clean driver’s licence.
