BRAND MANAGER – Frezco Beverages Pte Ltd

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager to be based in Nadi. The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing product positioning, brand messaging, and creative development.

The successful candidate should have, but not limited to the following attributes:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
3. Proven ability to create and execute successful brand strategies and campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer engagement tactics.
5. Excellent leadership and project management skills.
6. Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Experience working with creative agencies and managing external stakeholders. A results-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement brand strategies to increase awareness and market share.
2. Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for new and existing products. Oversee product positioning, brand messaging, and creative development.
3. Collaborate with the Sales, Product Development, and Digital Marketing teams to execute brand initiatives.
4. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
5. Manage brand budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all communication channels.
6. Lead brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand presence.
7. Drive innovation in packaging, promotion, and in-store branding.
8. Conduct brand performance reviews, monitoring KPIs and ROI of marketing initiatives.
