The above position will be based in our Administration Department located at Votualevu Nadi, and directly reports to our Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Cash balancing is to be conducted with salesman/drivers

Join Now• Banking is to be prepared and taken to bank
• Invoices are to be prepared based on orders received and general invoice reconciliation
• Regular stock take is to be conducted
• Point of sales management when required
• Prepare admin reports and submit to HQ
• Assist in performing general receiving and dispatching when required
Key Competency Requirements:
Relevant qualification in accounting or Administration
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
Applicants having knowledge in SAGE 300 ERP will have an added advantage
