Carpenters Fiji PTE Limited, one of the largest organization in the private sector is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individual for the position of Duty Supervisor to be based in MHCC Building in Suva. Duty Supervisor
This position oversee all aspects of flawless operations at MHCC. This includes tenancies, staffing and service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Organize staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with labor laws
• Ensure high standards of customer service are met and maintained
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, incidents and staff performance
• Prepare reports for Management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas of improvement
• Ensure proper documentation is in place for audits and compliance checks
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe and maintained to the highest standard at all time
• Instruct subordinates on proper work procedures, safety rules and procedures, care and use of equipment
• Attend to any other duties delegated by Management

Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification in Management and Public Administration
• 1-2 years working experience in similar role, preferably with a large and diverse organization
• Exceptional and thorough knowledge of work processes and administration operations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in dealing with high levels of confidential data and information
• Experience in dealing with senior management
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
