DUTY MANAGER (FRONT OFFICE BASED) – Tokoroki Island Resort

Must have proven Resort/Hotel experience within a similar role, in a luxury hotel/resort. (minimum 5 years)

Tertiary education or management qualifications

Knowledge & experience in Front Office operations, computer literate and fully conversant with ‘Room Master’ PMS or similar

Ability to create fun-filled memorable guest experiences and cater to the needs of all guests

Enthusiastic, logical, energetic with excellent planning and organization skills

Strong ability to take on a Duty Manager role and represent Management in decisions and control

Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills, high degree of personal grooming
