CHANGE MANAGER – Pepper Advantage Hub

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking for a Change Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing project change activities that deliver business and technology solutions, enabling to achieve its business benefits and sustainable outcomes. This role ensures that change initiatives are aligned with the broader business strategy and work collaboratively with a team of project managers to provide comprehensive change coverage across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the scope of change initiatives to ensure alignment with project objectives and business goals. 
• Analyze the delivery of change initiatives to ensure they meet desired outcomes while focusing on human-centered design principles. 
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
• Ensure that change initiatives are aligned with the broader business strategy and are designed for long-term sustainability
• Facilitate effective communication regarding change initiatives, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and engaged.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field such as Business or HR, Communications.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a change manager in technology change.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of project lifecycle.
• Have a background in Financial Services or Professional Services.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are able to work with teams across multiple jurisdictions toward achievement of a common goal.
