BREAK FAST & LUNCH CHEF – Supply Solutions Pte Limited

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

I Kana  is a newly established Restaurant Opening soon at Eden Plaza in Martintar Nadi, We are looking for the following Chefs for immediate start.

2 X Chefs ( Break Fast & Lunch ) 

• Innovate and design exquisite breakfast and Lunch menus, .
• Conduct detailed buffet breakdown costing, recipe costing, and card costing.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring a high standard of culinary excellence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning, special events, and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.

• Proven experience of at least 1 year as a B/Fast Chef or Lunch Menu for a Fast Food Restaurant or similar role in a high-end culinary environment.
• Expertise European cuisine.
• Proficiency in buffet breakdown costing, recipe costing, and card costing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Culinary Certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
