SERVICE STAFF – Carpenters Fiji PTE Limited

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Carpenters Fiji PTE Limited, one of the largest organization in the private sector is seeking dedicated Service Staff to join our dynamic team at the MHCC Complex in Suva!

Responsibilities:

•       Distribute clean plates and utensils to tenants and food vendors
•       Collect used plates and utensils, ensuring they are returned to designated washing areas promptly.
•       Assist with general cleaning tasks in food areas as needed.
•       Issue washroom tickets and collect fees as required.
•       Regularly check and restock supplies, reporting any maintenance needs to Duty Supervisors.
•       Issue parking tickets to customers and collect payment for parking fees.
•       Monitor the car park area for proper vehicle placement and compliance with regulations.
•       Submit collected cash and reconciliation reports to the Duty Supervisor promptly.
•       Greet and assist customers with general inquiries about complex services and facilities.
•       Address concerns or complaints in a friendly and professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
•       Work collaboratively with other service staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
•       Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service quality.
•       Any other task assigned by Duty Supervisor or Manager Property

Requirements:

•       Must be a Form 6 or Form 7 pass
•       Previous experience in customer service, food service, or related roles is an advantage.
•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•       Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
•       Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
