Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Automotive Electrician to be based at Carpenters Motors – Light Mechanical Repairs (LMR) in Lautoka. Responsibilities:
- Carry out installation and maintenance of electrical equipment in vehicles.
- Diagnose, repair and replacement of electronics and electrical components.
- Identify and repair faults on electronically controlled vehicle systems.
- Able to install electronic components.
- Test machines for any additional repairs needed.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
- Able to complete job required within the designated time frames set by Management.
- Follow management directions at all times
- Report any company Breaches and Concerns to your Service Manager first for action
Requirements:
- Trade certificate in Auto-Electrical engineering.
- Should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive engineering industry.
- Be computer literate to enable electrical diagnostic when required.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Highly motivated, reliable, honest and punctual.
- Must have a valid group 2 driving license.
