GO2 Solutions, a locally owned company, provides a comprehensive array of Managed Services, Service Desks, and Business Processes that organisations seek to outsource.

We seek an energetic IT Support and Management Specialist with a solid technical background, excellent customer service skills and detail-oriented.

Work Type: FullTime for Fiji Citizens only.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), incurring after hours when required.

Role Overview:
An IT Support and Management Specialist will manage and maintain customers’ printer systems, ensure timely software installation and reinstallation, and support various IT-related and printer issues. The role involves regular customer communication, data entry, and coordination with administrative and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be managing and supporting the following:

  •   Customer Notification and Software Installation.
  •   Contract Management and Manual Meter Reading.
  •   Consumable Management.
  •   Invoicing and Financial Management.
  •   Remote Printer Deployment.
  •   Print-Related Issue Resolution.
  •   Scan Setup and Troubleshooting.
  •   Printer Driver Management.
  •   Network Connection Troubleshooting.
  •   Customer Service and Technical Support.
  •   General IT Support.

 
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  •   Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
  •   1+ years of experience working with various makes and models of printers, printing technology, or similar roles.
  •   Strong technical skills, particularly in printer and IT Support.
  •   Practical problem-solving skills for troubleshooting various printer and IT issues.
  •   Well-developed communication skills to effectively interact with users and provide clear instructions.
  •   Customer-focused solid attitude with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer needs.
  •   Pay high attention to detail and accuracy, specifically in invoicing and data entry tasks.
  •   Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  •   An open mind to learning and a proactive approach to developing your skills.
