Due to the success and growth of our air/sea freight business, applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of IT/ Sales Support Officer to be based at our Suva Office. 

 IT / Sales support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
• Preparation of business analysis and budgetary reports for management
• Provide strategic logistics for sales, marketing and business development for the capture, maintenance, and retention of niche market.
• Attend to agent and consignee queries when required.
• Co-ordinate with all import / export shipments.

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relates field with at least 1- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and systems network
• Exceptional IT skills, especially with spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mature, understanding, and exceptional customer service skills
