Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Service Advisor to be based at Carpenters Motors – Light Mechanical Repairs in Suva.  If you believe that you are ready to join our dynamic team we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Estimate cost and completion time and settle customer accounts.
• Coordinate activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time.
• Inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility.
• Handle customer complaints within level of control to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention.    

Requirements:

• Form 6 pass and/or Trade Certificate/Diploma in Automotive.
• 1-2 years’ experience in automotive service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle parts and servicing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines.
• Valid and clean driving license will be an advantage.
