HR INTERNSHIP – InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa

At InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa we are now looking for a passionate HR intern to work with our HR team over the festive period.

In the HR intern role, you will work under the supervision of the HR manager or the senior HR officer. You will input updates on the department’s internal HR database and assist in the overall recruitment process, from interview setup to paperwork associated with the onboarding of new employees. You will also work closely with our learning and development team in preparation and execution of upcoming trainings.

Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR and training assistance under minimal supervision, helping the HR department meet daily objectives. 

• 4-month Internship 
• Final year undergraduates majoring in Human Resources Management are encouraged to apply
• Placements available in HR and Learning & Development
• Enhance your professional skills 

What we need from you

• Flexibility: due to the nature of our operations you may be required to work weekends or public holidays
• Able to maintain confidentiality due to the nature of our operations, handling contracts etc.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Provides suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
