SENIOR BOAT CAPTAIN
Navini Island Resort is seeking a responsible person to fulfil the role of Senior Boat Captain.
The role is responsible for the supervision and safe operation of boats and the captain must know how to do everything onboard. This includes efficient and safe operation of vessels and equipment, daily inspections and cleaning, troubleshooting engine issues, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The secondary role includes assisting with water sports, general garden work, and beach duties.
Suitable candidates must have a minimum experience of 5 years in a similar role, hold a valid licence of MSAF Master/Engineer Class 6 or higher qualification, have excellent communication skills, and have a passion for working in tourism. Must be well presented, a team player, be willing to work flexible times and flexible duties.
