DIRECTOR OF AVIATION & ACCOUNTABLE MANAGER – COMO Laucala Island

The Director of Aviation & Accountable Manager leads the aviation and airline Team Members in providing safe and comfortable transfers of COMO Laucala Island guests, employees, and stakeholders. Driving airline compliance, and customer services for all that transit through the hanger, until onboarding and beyond.

The Director is to develop and institute department policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and optimum usage of flight operations, prepares monthly reports and annual operating budgets.

Minimum Qualification Requirement (DOA).

– Diploma or degree in aviation or any engineering field required.

– A minimum of 5 years aviation management experience in a similar role.

– Knowledgeable of the structure and services available within the Fiji domestic airspace and Air Navigation Regulation [ANR] preferable.

– Excellent administrative, communication and presentation skills.

– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

– Analytical and can handle and solve the complexities of the operation.
