– **Financial Oversight:** Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Requirements:
– 2-3 years of finance management experience, ideally in construction.
– CPA qualification, Big 4 experience is a plus.
– Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems.
– Strong Excel skills.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
