Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

We have the following vacancies at our beautiful resort in Samoa!
Administration Accounts Officer/Manager:
Must have previous Experience working at a resort/hotel:
Customer Service, Guests Relations, Office Administration, Reservations and or Supervisor/ Management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Office administrative duties posting, entries and invoicing.
  • Customer service, sales, marketing and reservations.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting.
  • Support and supervising staff in various departments.

Ideal Qualifications:

  1. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Outgoing and friendly personality
  4. Knowledge of XERO or accounting programs.
  5. Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  6. Must read, write and communicate in English.
