Position: Operations Supervisor

Location: Nausori Plaza, Nausori Town

Nausori Plaza is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to ensure the efficient management of our bustling retail and office space, providing an exceptional experience for tenants and visitors alike. If you’re a detail-oriented leader with strong organizational skills, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across Nausori Plaza, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant requests, managing maintenance schedules and addressing operational concerns promptly and professionally
• Oversee security measures, working closely with security staff to maintain a safe environment for all
• Lead, train, and support a small team to uphold service standards and enforce Plaza guidelines
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs, improvements, and upgrades as required to keep facilities at peak functionality
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet health, safety, and compliance standards
• Assist in organizing and supporting events and promotions within the Plaza to drive engagement and foot traffic
• Track and manage inventory of essential supplies, coordinating orders as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or a similar supervisory role
2. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
4. Familiarity with health, safety, and security standards relevant to facilities management
