Our client, is the newest and fastest growing parking management company in Australia. The company specialises in retail and high-volume car park management. With strong experience and knowledge in shopping centre, retail and high-volume car park management, the focus on driving a high-quality customer experience.

Reporting directly to the Call Centre Manager, we are looking for Customer Service Agents to assist in data validation and error correction of car park licence plates to mitigate revenue loss for the carparks.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

  • being a self-starter, working with minimal supervision and taking end-to-end ownership of deliverables within tight deadlines in a client focused environment
  • having attention to detail
  • being proactive and solution oriented
  • willingness to learn new systems and procedures quickly, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement
  • outstanding communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

1.      Data Verification: Conduct thorough review of licence plate data to identify any inaccuracies, discrepancies, or missing data.

2.      Error Correction: Cross reference data and update licence plate with correct details displayed from CCTV footage.

3.      Communication: Collaborate and share daily updates with Call Centre Manager of any repeat issues with camera accuracy. Use of systems such as daily NOC WIP, LOC8 or any other system (training will be provided).

 

Skills and Qualifications:

i.                 Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and correction.

ii.                Strong organizational and time-management skills.

iii.               Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

iv.               Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

v.                Familiarity with car park systems and number plate recognition technology is advantageous.

vi.               Proficient in using computer software, databases, and related tools.

 

Working conditions

The role is remote and may require evening and weekend shifts. The position may require occasional communication with car park site managers and collaboration with other departments. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to address urgent correction needs.
