Port Denarau Marina Limited is seeking for qualified candidates for the position of:

Plumber/Welder

We are in search for skilled and versatile individuals to join our team as a Plumber/ Welder. This position combines the expertise of plumbing and welding, offering a dynamic and varied role for someone with experience in either or both the fields. The role directly reports to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plumber: Perform general plumbing duties including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and equipment.
• Welder: Carry out welding tasks related to repair and maintenance of marina infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and welding issues, providing effective solutions.
• Work with various materials, including copper, PVC, steel, and other metals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing/ welding issues efficiently and safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

 Qualifications & Requirements:

·       Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in repairs and new installations.

·       Proven experience as a Plumber/ Welder.

·       Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Physically fit and ability to work in a marina environment.

·       Ability to work in challenging environments and adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.

·       Ability to operate a variety of plumbing or welding equipment and tools.
