We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Freight & Logistics sector. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, has a deep understanding of the logistics industry, and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing customer accounts, and contributing to the growth of our logistics services across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target new clients in need of freight, shipping, and logistics solutions through cold calls, networking, and industry research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of our services, providing customized logistics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry changes and identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers, ensuring profitable deals that meet company objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination with operations and logistics teams for successful delivery.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company to contribute to overall growth goals.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the Freight & Logistics or Supply Chain industry (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of logistics services including freight forwarding, shipping, customs brokerage, and supply chain management.
  • Ability to understand complex logistics solutions and communicate them effectively to clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to lead generation and business development.
  • A good network of industry contacts and knowledge of relevant market trends is an advantage.
