Position Overview:
As the Offshore Marketing Manager (Pacific), based in Nadi, Fiji, you will play a crucial role in recruiting international students for our Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. Your focus will be on the Pacific Islands, particularly Fiji. This position requires extensive travel and collaboration with educational agents to establish our presence in these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Setup: Assist in establishing a recruitment office in Nadi, Fiji, and develop student recruitment strategies.
- Visa Applications: Lodge student visa applications via IMMI accounts and oversee the hiring of processing qualified counselling staff when required in future when position gets busier.
- Agent Development: Cultivate relationships with educational agents, especially in underserved provinces with high potential.
- Student Support: Provide ongoing support to prospective students and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Marketing Promotions: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and promotions tailored to specific communities.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manage our social media presence in the Philippines and other key markets.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on overseas marketing trips for executive review.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legislative requirements, including ESOS and the National Code.
- Travel: Visit other Pacific countries as directed by the Director of Marketing and Student Acquisition.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of the Australian International Education industry.
- Experience in the international education sector, especially with educational agents in Fiji and Pacific countries.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales.
- Familiarity with visa processes and legislative requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and IT skills.
