We are looking for someone who is capable and competent in multi-tasking, assisting in all admin office related work – filing, handling job cards and jobsheets for our accounts department, must be computer literate (very critical) – specifically with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, and detail oriented.

 

Requirements:

  • Work experience in the office admin field for at least 2 years;
  • CV complete with either 2 x recent passport sized photos or a recent self-portrait picture to be included in your CV;
  • Reference Letter(s);
  • Application Letter;
  • Copy of Birth Certificate;
  • Availability to come in for a face-to-face interview.

* Valid driver’s license considered an advantage.
