FINANCE MANAGER – Beach Comber Fiji

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Beachcomber Island Resort. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Ensure effective internal controls and risk management practices.

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the accommodation or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
